Sauvignon Blanc fans are going to swoon over this exceptional single vineyard 2015 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from Te Whare Ra Wines. This 2015 vintage is exceptional and paired perfectly with a range of New Zealand made gourmet artisan nibbles.

Te Whare Ra 2015 Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc release shows distinctive Awatere characters of elderflower, guava, white currant, lemongrass and passionfruit coupled with lovely ripe tropicals and hints of basil and lime from the Wairau components. These follow through to the palate – which is fine and soft with vibrant fleshy fruit and great texture balanced by a ripe, juicy acidity and lingering minerality.

This release of a Sauvignon Blanc under the SV5182 designation showcases the best expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the TWR home block. The focus was making a wine of great texture, pure fruit flavours, and ripe minerality. This wine shows white stone fruit coupled with lovely ripe tropicals and hints of basil and lime. The fleshy fruit and great texture is balanced by juicy acidity.

All fruit for this wine was hand-picked and hand-sorted.

This wine has not been fined and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and anyone who loves authentic, handmade wines.
