Kia ora. I recently ordered a gift box for my step daughters birthday.
Before I had the chance to come back to Foxy boxy about where it was they had already resolved the problem and let me know asap.
The couriers had damaged the box and not let them know.
Another box was made up and sent off which arrived safe and sound.

Well after I had tried all of the florists in Nelson to get a gift for my Mother, I just couldn’t find a shop who would return my messages and if they did, they didn’t want to help.

And then I found FOXY BOXY. I left a message and within 2 hours Melissa called me back.

She asked me what I wanted, listened to my whims and wants including cat food (I must have sounded crazy as I was still in hospital and well drugged).
The next morning she sent me some pictures, yes she had been to the supermarket and brought flash cat food and I hadn’t even given her the go a head or my card details yet.

I was so pleased with the box that my friend received from Foxy boxy. I live in Canada and needed to send over a maid of honor proposal box to my best friend in NZ but to be honest was nervous about it, especially since I didn’t put any of it together. They did a great job of packaging the gift, everything arrived in perfect condition. All the items looked as they did online and were all beautiful. My friend absolutely loved the gift.
