FOXY BOXY Delivery
The price of shipping is included in the price of all our FOXY BOXY gift boxes. FOXY BOXY provides one of the fastest and most reliable gift delivery services in New Zealand.
We dispatch the same day when ordered before 3pm, Monday through to Friday, and all our gift boxes are shipped with overnight shipping.
After ordering online, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Once the gift is collected by Courier Post you’ll be updated with a tracking number. You will be notified again once your gift has been delivered. Your gift will be delivered to most areas within 1-2 working days. For rural addresses please allow up to 3 working days.
If your gift message has a birthday wishes, we will place a “wait don’t open until your birthday” sticker on the gift box automatically and aim for early or on time.
Saturday delivery to available in some areas. Please contact us if you wish to have a gift delivered on a Saturday.
- We only ship within New Zealand.
- We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched.
- We are prevented from delivering alcohol on Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, or before 1pm on Anzac Day.
Orders returned to FOXY BOXY due to incorrect address, failure to collect from New Zealand PostShop, or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping fee.

Deliver to Their Work
We highly recommend sending the gift box to the persons place of work. First and foremost that’s where they are likely to be Monday to Friday. They get a nice surprise during their work day and can show off to their colleagues.
We DO NOT recommend sending gift boxes to hospital. People can move wards, or get released early. It’s best to send the box to the giftee’s home address.
We deliver to hotels and managed isolation quarantine hotels. When entering the delivery address for your gift please use the “business name” field for the the name of the hotel and the room number of the guest.
In the unfortunate event of a damaged or faulty package or item, FOXY BOXY will arrange for a replacement gift or item to be sent to you within a reasonable time-frame. Please contact FOXY BOXY email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the gift with details of the damage and we will discuss the best way forward.
