This it the oldest release from Thomson Whisky so far, made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley and matured in a heavily charred American oak ex-Bourbon barrel. This cask has been carefully selected by head distiller Mathew Thomson.

Hand numbered. Limited Edition a total of 264 were produced

Lovingly made by Proper Bakers, who carefully craft each batch to perfection mixing wheat flour dough with super seeds, oats, rosemary and expeller pressed Canterbury-grown High Oleic Sunflower Oil. The dough is crafted to the ideal thickness, sprinkled with flaky Marlborough sea salt to add on additional flavour burst, then cut into snack-sized rectangles and popped in the oven. Great on it’s own or with your favourite toppings.

No artificial flavourings, or dairy.
